Important Information from the Event Secretary

The Agility Rings will be located in the Lyttle Cow Palace. Crating available near the rings.

Schedule is posted at this link

Results will be posted at the end of each day

Maps will be posted each morning

Maps will be attached to Agility Gate

Parking Permission Passes for Aston Gate will be posted by Monday

If you have a conflict with other events onsite, mark your dog a conflict when checking in on Agility Gate

The FCAT track will be in the Chris Beck Arena. There are approximately 30 dogs per group. There are two tests per day. The tests will run concurrent. This means the dog will run test 1 and test 2 in the same time slot. Groups 1 and 2 will run before the lunch break. Day of entries and group 3 will run after the lunch break. Track will close when no dogs line up for 30 minutes beginning after the lunch break.

If you have a conflict with other events onsite you may run in a later group. You may NOT jump the line and run in an earlier group.

There will be a daily parking fee charged by the fairgrounds. This year, those entered in Agility, FCAT and Scent have permission to enter through the Aston Gate and park between Aston and Lyttle Cow Palace. Bring the sheet with your name, and only your name, with you to the Aston Gate. You may then pay and park in the area designated on the map.

No vehicles may drive past Lyttle Cow Palace indicated by the red line on the posted map. This is a HARD rule. If any vehicle drives past the red line, which is the fairgrounds street between Lyttle Cow Palace and the Pig Barn then the Aston Gate will be closed. The Show Committee for Harvest Moon Classic will file misconduct charges. The Bench Committee will meet Sunday evening after Best in Show. Just don’t go past the red line. Stay in our area. Save us all the drama.
